We want you to be happy with your Rebnco purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please review the guidelines below and contact us via the Contact Us page.

Return or Exchange Requests

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Include your order details and a brief description of the issue. We’ll reply with instructions before you send anything back.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging where possible. Please don’t send an item back before receiving our instructions.

Items That Arrive Damaged or Incorrect

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order details and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and discuss an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and reviewed, we’ll let you know whether it qualifies for a refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs may not be refundable. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless we agree otherwise.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll contact you to discuss other options.

Exclusions

Because some products are handmade, slight variations in appearance may occur and are not necessarily defects. We may be unable to accept returns for items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior approval.
